SunnyScreens are made to last.  SunnyScreen constuction gives a much more
sturdy screen than the average fence panel.
Standard SunnyScreens frames are made
from timber measuring 45mm square.
Two sets of battens are assembled and fixed
to the frame either side of the frosted plastic sheet.
Vertical battens are half-lapped to take the
horizontal battens which measure half the
depth of the verticals (11mm).
The timber is tanalised softwood for long life
and the frosted sheet is protected from the
harmful effects of UV.
